Together, we will work to provide you and your loved ones with a customized Estate Plan.

Estate Planning is the process empowering and equipping you and your family to navigate life’s health care, financial, and tax complexities.

Initial meeting with an attorney: Call our office to schedule an initial meeting with one of our attorneys. In this meeting our attorneys will assess your situation, take the time to understand your goals and together craft an estate plan that best fits your situation.

Currently, appointments are available by telephone, Zoom or in-office.

step 5

Execution of estate plan: Once your estate planning documents are sufficient, Phillips Estate Law will schedule a time in our office for signing.

STEP 2

Review our fee structure: Please note that our listed fee structure is for most situations. In your initial meeting our attorneys will verify our fees based on the mutually agreed upon work.

Portfolio: After signing, Phillips Estate Law will prepare an Estate Planning Portfolio. This is for you to keep as your record, share with your financial advisor and family.
Typically, Phillips Estate Law will hold your documents in our Will-vaults for safe keeping.
